Therapeutic writing can change your life in many ways. In addition to releasing toxic junk from your heart, it improves your health, boost your immune system and enhance your quality of life. Women who write about traumatic experiences in their lives have a better chance of healing emotionally and physically.
Writing is a wonderful healing therapy for releasing emotional pain, frustration, anger and more. It’s not healthy to store toxic junk inside. Pour all the angry, bitter, sad or stinging feelings onto paper. Flush out the toxic emotions from your soul.
Imagine writing as a punching bag. Use it to get rid of all the tension bottled up inside you. Release the burdens and free yourself.
Writing is also another means of silent communication. It’s between your mind and the words you pour out on paper.
This technique is useful. It’s safe. It’s personal. It’s just you, your pen and paper. And it’s a time when you can process your emotional state and express yourself.
Therapeutic writing is for you if you..
- Have been through an abusive or toxic relationship and can’t move forward.
- Carry a lot of anger, bitterness, resentment and unforgiveness.
- Blame yourself for what someone else did to you.
- Believe you’re worthless and have low self-esteem because you were abused.
- Want to cleanse your heart from toxic emotions, improve your quality of life and well-being.
The therapeutic writing workshops will be practical. We will do various creative writing exercises in a small intimate group with other women who have the same issues.
There will be a time to connect and make new friends. Have fun while writing to release negative emotions blocking your happiness, progress and causing health problems.

After the workshops ends, you can still continue and come to the new ones.
