A Strong Woman is a Happy Woman
Write in Self-Love. Write out Anger, Bitterness & Unforgiveness
- Have you been in a violent or toxic relationship?
- Did you leave it loaded down with anger, bitterness or resentment?
- Has your self-esteem or confidence suffered because of emotional abuse?
- Do you want to move forward but seem to be stuck in the past?
- Has your health suffered because of the traumatic experiences you went through?
If you answered yes to any of the questions above, you will benefit from attending the therapeutic writing workshops.
How open minded are you about giving this a chance?
First, I’ll explain a little about therapeutic writing. It’s using writing to promote well-being. Writing about hurtful feelings or bad experiences using creative or expressive writing, poetry or journaling reduces emotional trauma.
According to scientific evidence, writing to deal with stressful, painful or traumatic events improves physical and psychological health.
Just imagine how you could change your life with therapeutic writing
Writing, when used as a therapy, can change your life in many ways. In addition to releasing toxic junk from your heart, it improves your health, boost your immune system and enhance your quality of life. Women who write about traumatic experiences in their lives have a better chance of healing emotionally and physically.
Writing is a wonderful healing therapy for releasing emotional pain, frustration, anger, unforgiveness and more. It’s not healthy to store toxic junk inside of you. It causes various health issues such as high blood pressure, arthritis, heart disease, headaches, cancer and more. Pour all the angry, bitter, unhappy or stinging feelings onto paper. Flush out the poisonous emotions from your soul.
Release the old baggage weighing down your heart and free yourself.
Deal with negative emotions and manage painful memories. Use writing, the silent communication between your mind and the words you pour out on paper to change your story.
This technique is useful. It’s safe. It’s personal. It’s just you, your pen, paper or journal. It’s a precious time for processing your emotional state and expressing yourself. Write out toxins and get rid of the tension bottled up inside of you. Let the creative juices flow and negative feelings go.
Write towards an improved quality of life and wellbeing
The therapeutic writing workshops are practical. In a small intimate group with other women like you, I’ll help you with various creative writing exercises and poetry to overcome your issues. You will be amazed at the creativity you’ll discover within you. Writing is a wonderful tool for allowing your imagination to explore deep into your soul. On top of that, release your mind and cleanse your heart.
At the workshop, you’ll make new friends and connect with other women, while building trust. What’s more, you’ll have fun while writing to release harmful emotions blocking your happiness, progress and causing health problems.
